-Tell Your Story Through Art-

  • 1. Send an inquiry email here detailing the kind of commission you are interested in and your general budget. Once submitted, you will receive an email response within 2 business days. This will answer any questions you may have and set up a consultation via phone, email or zoom call with Chris. Because Chris works primarily from photo, you will also receive instructions on how to create/find optimal photographic reference materials for your commission.

    2. At your consult, you and Chris will look together at any reference photos you have gathered/taken and discuss the best way to bring your commission to life according to your vision and budget.

    3. A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total price is required before a commission will be started. You’ll receive a contract to sign detailing pricing, timeline of completion, etc.

    4. When your commission is nearing completion, Chris will send you progress photos for a review and feedback session.

    5. Chris will make any small revisions that are necessary, and send an updated photo for final approval. Once approved by you, the remaining balance is due.

    6. Your commission is shipped out for you to enjoy!

  • Pricing is determined by how much time Chris will need to create your work - this varies depending on the size, scope, and media of your commission. Chris offers options that fit all budgets - a quick sketch can start at as low as $50 and price scales up from there. During your initial consult, Chris will work with you to find the best option within your budget.

    • Any necessary sales tax and shipping costs will be added on to the price of the work.

    • At this time, we are accepting cash and PayPal for local transactions, and Paypal for all online Transactions.

    • Flexible payment plans are available and can be discussed during your initial consult.

  • Chris uses only high end art supplies to ensure great quality and archival works of art. *Note* manufactures listed below are not current sponsors of CLH Studios.

We do provide matting/framing services to works on paper for an additional fee. Please note your interest in additional services before final payment is sent.

“This painting means so much to me. Chris Cornell was a very impactful force in my life. The fact that Chris was able to capture the essence of his character so well blew me away. I am very appreciative that I get to share this with everyone who comes over.

“The love and dedication Chris shows to his craft is evident through every step of his process. The final product was a stunning, beautifully unique gift my family will be able to cherish and Chris was highly present the entire way to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. I loved working with him and seeing his creative vision bring an idea into fruition was a joy. Thank you, Chris, for this wonderful work of art.”

“For our mother’s 85th birthday we wanted to get her something special. We commissioned Christopher to make a graphite drawing from one of our favorite pictures of dad who had passed away 5 years ago. What an amazing job he did and we cannot thank Chris enough for bringing our dad to life again. Mom cried such happy tears when she opened her gift and we all get to share and remember Dad’s wonderful smile whenever we visit her.”
